The Viola team updates service statuses. The portal does not automatically receive government application decisions. Your client account shows services and payments between you and Viola.
How is the package price determined?
We assess your needs and the service scope at the first meeting. Your personal quotation sets out the fee and payment terms.
Are official fees included?
Official fees, notary, translation and third-party costs are assessed separately. Your personal quotation specifies the exact scope and external costs.
How long does the process take?
Timing depends on document preparation, your needs and the relevant authorities. We share a plan during the initial assessment and update it as work progresses. No fixed duration or application outcome is promised.
Can I adapt the package to my needs?
Yes. We consider additional services together and clarify scope and fee changes in your quotation before work starts.
Where can I track my documents and services?
Once your account is created, the Viola portal shows published documents and service statuses within your access permissions. The Viola team updates these statuses.
What if I need an additional service later?
We prepare a separate quotation for needs outside the agreed scope. Your approval of the scope and fee is obtained before additional work starts.
