What is considered when preparing documents?
Depending on the application, you may be asked for a valid travel document, information supporting the purpose of your stay, and evidence of accommodation, means of support and health insurance. These categories do not mean an identical file for everyone. A personal checklist is prepared after reviewing your nationality, permit type and current circumstances.

Scope, timing and external costs
The agreed scope is set out in your written quotation after the consultation. Official fees, insurance, notary and translation costs are excluded unless expressly stated otherwise. Appointment availability, document preparation and the authority’s assessment affect timing. The competent authority decides whether to grant a permit.

Can I complete everything remotely?
We can begin the first meeting and preparation remotely. We confirm any personal attendance requirements for your application during planning.
Does the portal receive statuses automatically from the authorities?
The Viola team updates service statuses. The client portal does not automatically obtain decisions from government systems.
Can we also discuss my company and housing plans?
You can share your company formation and relocation needs in the first meeting.
